Motivate Yourself
I'm going to be perfectly honest here, the only way you can lose weight and be happy about it is if you want it for yourself. If a friend or boyfriend, or whatever else is your motivation, you won't be happy either way. You'll always find ways to improve yourself for other people, but they shouldn't matter. YOU matter, if you want to better yourself, do it because you want to. In the end you're the one living your life in your shoes, not them.
Over the past few years I haven't been one to keep motivation, in fact I didn't have much motivation at all. But it wasn't until just Saturday that I wanted to finally do something about it. Instead of just wishing to be able to look good in the clothes I only dreamed of wearing, why not WANT to do something about it. You have to have people that support you, and tell you that you can do it. And for those who tell you that you can't, thrive off of that. Prove them wrong, and prove to yourself that you CAN do it. We're all in this together!
