Weight Diary: Week One
So It’s been a full week of working out. I’ve been eating healthily, exercising regularly, and taking the right steps for a healthier life. Just during this one week, I’ve felt amazing. I have so much more confidence, I don’t go all day being hungry, and my endurance is much more than it used to be. I remember I used to not be able to run a mile without wanting to collapse. Just with this one week of working out, I can run that mile without wanting to fall over and just die.
My weight has gone from being 110 to being 113. Normally that would have bothered me before, but I feel healthier being at my 113 than I did when I was in my 108-110 weight range.
Don’t worry about gaining weight, muscle does weigh more than fat. And as long as you’re not overeating junk food and eating healthy you should have nothing to worry about.
