  • The Walking Dead

I don’t think I’ve ever been this attached/addicted to a show before, and since it’s over (for now) I’ve been thinking about it a lot. Since I’ve been getting into drawing again, I have been thinking of what to draw lately..this could only lead to one thing.

This is my butt from when my boyfriend pushed me. Awesome.

  • Another abusive day in paradise

I thought today was going to be another Friday…and boy was I wrong. It was worse than what I could have ever contemplated.

I did my usual after school routine: go home, eat, go to boyfriend’s.

Well, if I haven’t mentioned Qiqi before, let’s just say that she is a very energetic and crazy puppy. This puppy, like many puppies do, likes to get into everything they can get their teeth on. It’s common sense to get your valuables and your toxic items out of reach. My boyfriend left his cigarettes on his desk where everything was in reach. Qiqi, ends up taking he pack, and finds it.

He ends up finding her running around teasing people with these cigarettes. He starts hitting her like a psychopath, and everyone is just standing there. I couldn’t just stand there and watch a puppy get beat, so I try to rip my boyfriend off of her. I guess in between all of this I knocked his glasses off of his face, and scratched his chin pretty badly..and basically he knocks me down to the floor.

Qiqi ran into his room, and me and my friend ran in there after her. We shut the door and tried to calm down, and Qiqi’s under his desk crying. Before I know it, he kicks the door open, and tries to attack her again. The only thing I could do is hold him back from her, and try to close the door. He then looks at me, points to his chin, and says “LOOK AT THIS! LOOK!” he said more, but to be honest, it’s all a blur. After he said that he yelled “GET OUT OF MY HOUSE IMMEDIATELY!.”

By then, I close the door again and call to Qiqi. All she can do is slowly walk to me, collapse, and hide her face into my arms. Me and my friend then try to carry her to my car (she’s an almost full grown lab if that tells you anything). We finally manage to get her into my car. I tried to tell him I didn’t mean to scratch his face, which I know I should have just left by then…but I’m more of a peacemaker at the wrong time. He ends up locking me out of his house, and so I have no other choice than to take Qiqi home.

    That was my Friday night….

and might I add when I fell down my ass got Chris Browned by a chair.

  • Creativity Blossoming?

I’ve had my youtube channel for awhile, and I just haven’t had the creativity to create anything on it, that is until yesterday.

It all started with attempting to make cake pops again with my friend Emily. We failed at melting the chocolate, so it created some strange play doh substance. As she was frantically trying to apply chocolate to the cake pops before the chocolate hardened, I was staring at it because it resembled hair on a cartoon.

Let’s just say, I started adding sprinkles for facial features.

We ended up making this as a result.

    and this

It’s not much, but I’m rather proud of them because the ideas came from me, and they were completely original.

  • Leakycon

Even though Leakycon is many many months away, I am counting down the months, weeks, and days until it’s here. For many years I’ve always wanted to go to the world of nerdgasming fandom, and next August it will be my chance.

In case you have no clue what Leakycon is, it is a conference that is all about Harry Potter. It involves many things that’ll make Harry Potter fans drip at the mouth. These things include some of the cast from Harry Potter, Wizard Rock, contests, panels, games, John and Hank Green (…I mean hellooooo), and a bunch of other stuff.

I grew up with Harry Potter, I’ve been reading them since they came out when I was in the 4th grade. Every summer they came out, I would rush and make sure I grabbed a copy. This happened ever year they came out. As much as I loved the book series, I never really cared for the movies past the 3rd or 4th. So I admit, they didn’t make as much of an impact on me than the many, many fans out there. Basically, when the book series ended..so did my desire and love for Harry Potter. To sum this paragraph up, I basically could not nerdgasm any longer.

Aside from my dying love for Harry Potter, I would definitely enjoy going to this event. My chances definitely sky rocketed when I recently found out that it would be happening in Chicago, IL in 2012. That’s only a 5 hour drive (which is short considering I’ll be taking a 57 hour train ride in an area that shall remain hidden due to certain people who may be lurking my blog)

I am going to fully engulf myself in the world of fandom and the internet since it is one of my many passions (aside from art and traveling). Hopefully I can cough up (insert triple digit price here) in the meanwhile.

  • To Do/ Wish List

    1. Make my mother proud
    2. Stop only doing mediocre work
    3. Start playing piano again (and stick to it)
    4. Don’t let my passion for art fade away
    5. Start drawing again
    6. Belive in myself
    7. Don’t feel stranded and refrain from accomplishing your dreams just because you think it’s right, and feel the need to stay with your parents.
    8. Help/improve yourself
    9. Travel the parts of the country unknown to yourself
    10. Help the world
    11. Help your country
    12. Be the person no one thought you could be
    13. Prove people wrong

*bonus* to tell the people that think they know better to shove Harry Winstons up their nose.

I better get started, Santa doesn’t grant these types of wishes.

  • Getting drunk

    IMG_1357
(my friend who shall remain unnamed)

After every weekend morning of early work, I go to my boyfriend’s house because it’s literally a minute away. Each morning it seems like I stumble across drunken people suffering through crazy hangovers. Witnessing how they constantly throw up and can’t even remember the night before I’m wondering what is the appeal in this? Sure, getting your buzz on might be fun, but where is the fun in going beyond that point?

I’m not sure how many times I had to either help clean up another person’s vomit, or be a mom for the night (or morning). Is it simply because it’s a competition and people like to out drink each other? If that’s the case, people are so silly. I mean, do people not realize how childish (literally) they act?

  • Should I buy this?

    IMG_1372

I ended up going to the mall with my friend this afternoon just for fun. We decided to try on corsets, and I’ve come to like the look. I’ve been wanting to update my look for awhile, but just never really had the guts to. What do you guys think?
