Healthy Eating Tool
I know I’ve mentioned many times throughout the years that I’ve been dieting and working out to lose weight. I haven’t updated anything for awhile because I’ve been failing. I don’t know what exercises to do that’ll give me that effective workout, I hate drinking water, and when it comes to food…I just don’t portion and choose way unhealthy foods over healthy foods….I can’t help that it’s so delicious. What I’ve failed to realize is that my health should come first before my wants. That’s when I turned to the internet.
I stumbled upon Two Foods not too long ago, and found it to be really amazing. It’s really helpful for those who are struggling with what foods they should eat and what they shouldn’t eat. Thankfully this website is really simple to use, and it’s pretty straight forward. All you do is type the two foods and/or drinks that you’re wondering about, and voila, you have a comparison of the nutritonal values between the two.
It’s really interesting when you start to compare the different foods out there with one another. At one point I was thinking that the whole pint of gelato I’ve been wanting to shove down my throat is probably less filling than a watermelon. I would most likely feel better about eating the watermelon over the gelato too. Either way, this tool is something I can see myself using throughout my week.
What are your thoughts on this site?

website works wonders. i think it wouldn’t hurt to drink COLD water after a work out or after eating something with strong flavors. Water isn’t appealing at first.. it’s like not feeling like taking a shower, but after hopping in, you’d have a different opinion. it’s a good habit to pick up.
