Treehotel
Feeling adventurous but don’t know where to go? Try taking a gander at Sweden’s Treehotel.
Miles from the city surrounded by nothing but beautiful scenery, there are mini hotel rooms up in the trees of Sweden. Each room has its own unique look, not to mention the outside of the rooms themselves are completely different from one another. With only a handful of these rooms available (with more to come in the future), these hotels are quite pricey. Around $750 USD per night. At least with these prices they serve you breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
Either way, these rooms are magnificent and I wouldn’t mind staying in one of these bad boys myself (of course around my years of retirement)

Hey! Sweden stole my idea!!!
@TrainTrack - Darn them! Start some in the US! :3 I’d go!
@nihaokeisha - I will find my old post on this…
@TrainTrack - Do it! I want to see :]
Wow, I’ve always wanted a tree house… I think I want to save and go to sweden… nice!!
Admittedly, it’s a pretty cool idea, but I think I would try for something a little simpler than flying to Sweden to sleep in the trees! However, there has always been something amazing about tree houses, but it’s kind of like being under the ocean….being up in the sky may seem safe, but…it still scares me, not having my feet on the ground (just like being in an airplane).
@makesenseofmadness - And the first picture, I would assume a lot of birds would fly into it. It’s just so magical to know places like this exist~
@nihaokeisha - Speaking of birds…what about bird poo? Although it looks secure, you just never know when you’re up in the air! Anything can happen!
@makesenseofmadness - Lmao, I can imagine it now. Sticking your head out the window to enjoy the crisp morning air, when all of a sudden a giant glob of bird poop smacks you in the face.
